Brian Sproul

Update March 8

Brian is feeling a lot better with the IV meds working well on the colon. A normal temp/BP check discovered that his heart had one valve only operating at 25% as opposed to the normal 50%… so they’ve got him on a blood thinner to help get that valve pumping properly.  Doctors are pleased with progress, and he should be home tomorrow night or Tuesday morning at the latest

Brian was diagnosed with diverticulitis (small perforation in colon) and is currently at Blodgett Hospital. Prayers for complete healing. He anticipates being able to go home Monday.

Bryan Martin

Update March 8

They weaned him off the sedation meds. Today’s goal is to remove the ventilator. The balloon removal went well. So today’s prayer is centered on the ventilator removal to be smooth and successful. Thank you for the prayers!

Robyn Martin (a member of Peace) needs prayer for her husband Bryan. Bryan was hospitalized with Sepsis and is on a ventilator. He had a successful procedure last night as they found he will need heart surgery on a valve in the future. He is currently sedated. Pray for healing of his heart tissue, that a future surgery won't be evasive and Robyn's desire for him to be able to begin attending church again with her.

Update March 7

Barrett is being weaned off sedation. He is off vent but still on support. Pray for more wake time without pain for him. Twins Wiley and Jansen were also hospilized with RSV. With all 3 boys hospitalized the family is in the midst of trying to figure out a LOT. Prayers needed and appreciated

Barrett is currently in the PICU at Devos Children's Hospital facing mutliple health concerns. Please pray that doctors would determine the cause of what is going on and that God's hand of protection and healing would be on his little body. Pray for parents Nathan and Bethany and Grandmother Melody as they attend Barrett around the clock and need rest.

Update March 1

The surgery went well. They removed a small part of the toe . I’m told recovery will be short. I feel great and thank you and the Peace family for your support and prayers. God is good!!

Currently admitted to hospital with bacterial infection in foot. Pray they won't need to remove any toes and that he would have complete healing as he has had multiple hospitalizations related to his feet over the past months.

20 day old baby boy Eden has gone into heart failure very early and is now expected to need open heart surgery in the next week or two. Prayers that he can respond to meds, and surgery can wait a few more weeks to lower the risks involved. Prayers that the surgeon will be able to repair his heart valve when the time comes.  You can also support by participating in the Meal Train here.

Todd's dad had surgery to put in a stent through an aneurysm in his knee. Please pray that this is successful and will relieve the immense swelling and pain that he is in. Prayers also that physical therapy would help with the pain and recovery.

I've been diagnosed with Lyme Disease. I have Lyme arthritis in my right leg/knee/foot. It's been 4 months. I finally got diagnosed February 12. Pray for reduction in swelling and for antibiotics to begin working.

Rob & Paige Docter's Niece, Teagen

Please be in prayer for Rob and Paige Docter's niece, Teagen. She was born in December with Down's Syndrome and a hole in her heart. She has been admitted to the hospital with due to difficulty breathing. Please pray for guidance for the doctors and peace for the family as they determine next steps for little Teagen.

Patricia thanks the church family for praying for her Right knee replacement on February 24th. It was a new procedure called "Jiffy Knee" that has a shorter recovery time.

Peg just found out she needs to have open heart surgery. It’s pretty serious and she’s high risk. Pray for peace and good health in these days as she prepares for surgery, we will update when we have a surgery date.

Elizabeth slipped Wednesday on ice and ended up dislocating and breaking her ankle. The break requires plates and pins inserted into the lower part of left leg. Her and the girls are currently staying with parents for assistance. Pray for Elizabeth as she is very nervous about going under for the procedure and how she will be able transition back to her life after.  You can support their family through Meal Train here

Update Feb 11

After over a month of worry and doctor appointments, Julie, has had 4 straight days of feeling better.  The family havs been reconnecting, diving into the word and spending some much needed time with the Lord in prayer. Praise God in the worrisome times there is good that comes by His grace! Pray for continued and increased health and for more answers.

Julie has been sick since early January. The doctors are trying different treatments for the symptoms but have not found the cause yet. She was sick the same time last year with the same symptoms. We don't have answers and are feeling discouraged and scared at the moment. Please pray God's hand is on Julie, and for healing. Also please pray God is with the doctors to help find the answers.

Pribbles: Our Missionaries in Jerusalem

There were airstrikes all day Friday, and we were also awake many times throughout the night to shelter. These are definitely tough times.  We have had to cancel school for tomorrow, but we will teach the students online instead.  Pray for saftey for the Pribbles and the school families and wisdom on how to run the school.
