Pray With Us

In the heart of Romans, Paul offers a simple yet powerful triad of encouragement: “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” These are not disconnected commands—they’re deeply intertwined.

We rejoice not because our circumstances are easy, but because our hope is anchored in Christ, who never changes. Patience in tribulation isn’t passivity—it’s trust that God is still working when we can’t yet see the outcome. And constancy in prayer is what ties it all together—it keeps our hearts aligned with God’s and opens the door for His peace, strength, and direction.

This week, as we lift one another up in prayer, may we find our footing in hope, steadiness in trials, and endurance in a prayerful life.

New Births

Church family, we want to be aware of your new additions. We would love it if you could let us know when your family has expanded. Thank you!

Physical needs

Please pray for Lars Carlson, who recently joined the U.S. Army. Ask the Lord to draw Lars close to Himself during this time, and that Lars would recognize God’s protection and guidance over his life.

Please pray for Carol Roberts, who recently underwent hip replacement surgery and is now experiencing complications. Ask the Lord to bring full healing and peace in this time of recovery.

Please pray for Jacob Houle, the grandson of Patricia Ward, who is currently stationed in Germany with the U.S. Military Intelligence. Pray for strength, encouragement, and a deep sense of God’s presence in his service and daily life.

Please join us in praying for Barry and his wife as they walk through a difficult season. They are seeking support, wisdom, and healing in the face of ongoing personal struggles. Pray that God would provide strength, clarity, and the right next steps as they pursue help and hope together.

Update Monday, June 23, 2025: Praise God for His mercy and healing! Calvin, the 3-year-old grandson of Misty Getter, who fell from a 2.5-story window last week, was at church on Sunday. Other than a black eye and a neck brace to support healing tendons, he’s doing incredibly well. Misty shared that his siblings prayed immediately that “Calvin is gonna be fine,” and the family believes God truly sent angels to protect him. Please continue praying for his mom in the coming weeks as she tries to keep him resting—and for the hearts of the adults involved as they process what could have been. We are grateful for the prayers and God’s gracious answer.

Please pray for Christy Noe’s brother, Mark, who is currently in the ICU with complications from diabetic ketoacidosis. Ask the Lord for healing, peace for Christy and their family, and wisdom for the doctors providing care.
